Build Discipline In Life

It’s about setting the priorities for your goal.

Methods I recommend which can help you achieve your goal :

  • The most basic method is to just try sitting for 10 hours, of course with some breaks of 15 min after every 2 hours.
  • If you are trying to learn a new skill, it would be great if you could have discipline in learning on your own. If not then it's best to join a course.
  • The last method I would usually not recommend because it is quite risky. But it also is high risk and high reward.
